Before we moved to Kansas City in 2021, I designed a family condo that had bohemian flair in a contemporary setting. Below are two of the original concept mood boards.
This was to be a rental property at first so we wanted the space to have personality but it also needed to be durable. We used high and low products.
We had three days to pull this project together!! Just 3 days!!
It was a huge, open concept space. This required sectioning out different zones in the main living area. There were three bedrooms as well.
