Where in the USA do you service clients?

I can perform remote design services for clients located anywhere in the continental USA. For special projects travel can be arranged for on-site execution.

Does your design fee include travel expenses?

No. Travel expense are additional.

How long does a project take?

It depends on your project scope. Please fill out the Intake Form so we can both better assess the project's needs.

Do you order the furniture?

It depends on the package you choose; GOLD PACKAGE design clients have their furniture ordered by the firm. SILVER and BRONZE package clients are responsible for ordering their own pieces.

How much should I budget for furniture?

At least $5k -$10k per room. A caveat is that vintage and pre-owned pieces can be sourced for less cost than new. If that is something of interest that approach can be taken to reduce cost and find unique items.

Where do you source furniture from?

I source from many different online vendors. I also source locally in Kansas City. Depending on your budget we can source from "high or low" resellers.

When will my project's furniture arrive?

It depends on the item and vendor. During the design process I can track the ETA of your furniture items.

What costs am I responsible for?

You are responsible for my design fee, for furniture costs, and any additional money owed to contractors or trades people.

What contractors do you work with?

I work with a number of different local contractors in Kansas City. This consists of professionals who work with paint, wallpaper, carpet, murals, carpentry, etc.
